Once upon time not to far back the cellular market was all about who could produce the smallest device and who could cram the most into it. When 2011 rolled around much of that has changed and it was all about who could add the biggest display on a phone and who could cram the most into it.
The formula to some extent remained the same but it gave us our first ever Samsung Note , Now when we forward 6 years past that point , the design change Note 2 the leather backed Note 3 the first Note Edge 4 the glass backed Note 5 and the gourges Note FE also referred to as the Note 7 we end up with the total reviewed and redone Note 8.
Taking its look from its older brother the Samsung S8 plus the SGN8 just brings a whole type of premuim and we all thought the SGS8+ set the bar pretty high with that , but good old Samsung had a trick up it's sleeve once again. Cause not only did they produce a edge to edge infinity display on a device they also managed to bring all previous generations worth of feature we loved before.

So to jump to the technical side of the device similar to the Galaxy S8 plus the Note 8 dimensions comes in at 162.5 x 74.8 x 8.6 mm and only weighing 195 g.
Like with previous Samsung device the metal body is wrapped in Gorilla glass in the front as well as on the back. The screen on the device is a 6.3" Super AMOLED display with a resolution 1440 x 2960 pixels that also sports the 18.5:9 ratio.
So you might be asking yourself at this point what set the Note 8 apart from the S8 well...... the dual camera and the well rounded stylus which has been there since the first note.
The camera's comes in as a dual: 12 MP (f/1.7, 26mm, 1/2.5", 1.4 µm, Dual Pixel PDAF) + 12MP (f/2.4, 52mm, 1/3.6", 1 µm, AF) which means you can snap your normal pictures but when you make use of that second camera you going to get a more sallow depth of field meaning you an take that awesome portrait shots with you in focus and the environment around you is all a blur. What is really nice this time around is that the camera software allows you to fill u p the complete screen with what you focusing on compared to the black bars around it like on the S8 which I'm sure can be corrected with a software update. And to accommodate the user smudging the rear camera the finger print sensor has been moved to the right as it easier to access without touching the camera.
The stylus got a overhaul to as there wasn't much wrong with the recipe on the Note FE , once again its pressure sensitive and what is really freaky about it most of the time it feel like you writing with a real pen. I'm not sure how its done but its amazing.
In conclusion to me personally Samsung never really disappoints and sure there is always something to rival what one company does and someone always does something way better than the other. But Samsung has always kept a close ear to what the fans need and the Note 8 is a perfect example of them listening , I personally can't wait to see what 2018 has in store.
Thanks for a taking a minute for me till we speak again see ya!!
