Tarsus On Demand wins Microsoft CSP award for the third year running

 The winners of Microsoft’s Partner of the Year Awards were announced at a digital event on 30 September. The awards recognise Microsoft partners that have developed and delivered exceptional Microsoft-based solutions during the past year.

Tarsus On Demand, a division of Tarsus Technology Group, has bagged the Top Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) Indirect Provider of the Year award from Microsoft for the third year in a row.

The rising adoption of cloud services in South Africa has created a highly contested market where competition is fierce. The award recognises Tarsus on Demand’s excellence in innovation and implementation of customer solutions based on Microsoft technology, as well as its value-based model that enables resellers to drive use, consumption and customer acquisition throughout the partner channel.

“We’re honoured to receive this recognition from Microsoft for the third year in a row,” says Anton Herbst, chief executive officer at Tarsus On Demand. “It’s testament to the strong working relationships we have throughout our ecosystem which are driven by the commitment to provide value to end-customers.”

“There are three factors that contribute to our continued success in the market:

·         our close strategic partnership with Microsoft and the way we approach the market together, which enables us to unlock potential;

·         the relationships we have with our partners – resellers, independent software vendors (ISVs) and managed services providers (MSPs) that allows us to develop market opportunities arising from the impact of digital transformation; and

·         our dynamic, young, can-do team who have demonstrated professionalism and an ability to remain positive under the most abnormal circumstances of the past year.

COVID-19 has highlighted the true value of genuine relationships.”

“We must also congratulate all the nominees and award winners for their exceptional performance in a year that is being hailed as the worst ever,” adds Herbst. “We aim to remain South Africa’s Microsoft CSP provider of choice and will continue to design innovative solutions that help drive growth of the local cloud services market.”
