LG Launches Authorised Service Centre in Western Cape

 Quick and convenient service support for your LG home entertainment and home appliances products



 LG Electronics recently celebrated the opening of an Authorised Service Centre in Brackenfell, Western Cape. The centre shows how committed LG is to providing quality aftersales and repair services to its customers. Customers in the Cape Town and Western Cape areas can have their LG Home Entertainment and Home Appliance products serviced and repaired at the facility as a seamless and convenient alternative to visiting a store.

 

LG and its partners have opened this facility in its new location to ensure continued focus on customer satisfaction and enhanced customer experience by directly supporting consumers with service expertise and parts.

This motto showcases our commitment to providing the best possible service to our customers and surpassing their expectations,” said Mr Jayson Jeong, LG Electronics South Africa Service Director at the launch. “To this end, we understand that quality service does not begin and end at the point of purchase. Rather, we want to continuously prove to our customers that Life’s Good with LG by offering them premium service repairs with quality parts as efficiently as possible.”

 

The Authorised Service Centre is staffed by a dedicated team of expert on-site technicians who are familiar with LG’s innovative products and technology. Customers will have easy access to the centre and can expect quick diagnoses, updates, and turnaround times on LG Home Entertainment and Home Appliance products.

As a part of improving service turnaround times for customers, LG has introduced a new service promise offering 1 Hour Repairs, beginning with microwave ovens across the country.  Customers can bring their LG microwave for repairs to an Authorised Service Centre in Johannesburg, Cape Town or Durban and enjoy quick assessment and repairs.  Read more about an additional special offer running until 21 April 2023 on LG.com

The Service Centre is located Brackengate Business Park, Unit 17, The Cornerstone, London Circle, Brackenfell, Cape Town, 7560.  Customers can visit the Service Centre from Mondays to Fridays 08:00 to 17:00.
